Meditation Practice Sessions

You are welcome to join Alison for regular guided Zoom meditation practice sessions. These sessions offer a chance to experience guided practice and to connect with other meditators. The practices are drawn from Alison’s training and experience in Yoga, Mindfulness, Compassion, and may include practices that are spiritual in nature.

Although Alison is available at the end of each session to connect 1-2-1, and you can email her at any time to ask questions, you are encouraged to join the sessions in the spirit of self-care and self-responsibility.

From January 2021, the sessions will include an optional 15 minutes for sharing of experience and asking questions. You are welcome to stay, or to leave after the 30 minute meditation.

Suggested donation £5 per session, or whatever you can afford and wish to give.
