In these resource sections, you’ll find some guidance on working your way through the plethora of information available.
In the case of mindfulness however, all of the resources available cannot and should not be used as a replacement for the actual practice itself, and to support your practice, you can download audio guided practices for free from Soundcloud, or you can purchase CDs. And in the case of our mental health more broadly, the resources should be seen as supporting the changes and actions we can take daily to support good/improving mental health.
