For learning mindfulness in particular, it can be extremely helpful to allow ourselves time away from the busyness of everyday life to grow and deepen our practice and application skills.
We run three different mindfulness-based residential events:
Our weekend retreats offer those, who have completed a 6 or 8 week mindfulness programme, or are a regular meditator, the opportunity to extend and develop their practice. Retreats are usually held at the beautiful Fintry in Surrey.
Retreats of this nature offer a chance to deliberately step away from our lives, and the usual running around and getting things done, in favour of paying attention from one moment to the next. Our retreats are very simple, but often offer insights and perspectives that are extremely fruitful when we return to our everyday life.
