To continue to experience the benefits of the mindfulness practice, we need to keep practising. This is much easier to do when we feel supported, connected and continue to feel that our practice is stimulating and deepening.

Saturday Morning – deepening practice sessions
During 2019, Saturday morning practice sessions will be offered at (approximately) 6-8 week intervals. These sessions are ideal for developing a sense of community with like-minded people, for practicing as a group, and for deepening our practice of mindfulness. There is no need to book, you can simply come along. Dates confirmed so far:

All sessions are from 9.30-11am, and are at the Garden Gallery, Farnham Museum, 38 West Street, Farnham, GU9 7DX. Please enter the gardens through the white gate that is on the right just down Bishop’s Mead. The Garden Gallery is at the end of the garden. The suggested donation for each session is £10 (£5 concession, or whatever you can afford).
