To continue to experience the benefits of the mindfulness practice, we need to keep practising. This is much easier to do when we feel supported, connected and continue to feel that our practice is stimulating and deepening.

Saturday Morning – deepening practice sessions
These sessions are for 3.5 hours, giving more time for deeper exploration of a topic. Booking is necessary to secure your place, but payment is taken on the day.
