Ongoing Support

Present MindsTo continue to experience the benefits of the mindfulness practice, we need to keep practising. This is much easier to do when we feel supported, connected and continue to feel that our practice is stimulating and deepening.

We provide support in these ways:

Drop-in sessions

We meet on (most) second Saturday mornings of the month for a drop-in session, where we come together to practice and share our experiences with mindfulness.

Time: 9.30am to 11am
Location: Garden Gallery, Farnham Museum, 38 West Street, Farnham, GU9 7DX
(Enter through the white gate on the right, slightly down Bishop’s Mead, to the left of the museum entrance. The Hart Car Park is nearby.)
Bring: Items that you use for practice: mats, blocks, cushions, blankets.
Price: £8/£5 (concession)
Booking: No need to book, simply come along!

Retreat days

We meet 3 times a year for a full day of practice. Most of the day is held in friendly silence, as we bring our attention to developing and exploring our mindfulness practice.

Date: 19 November 2017
Time: 10.30am to 4.30pm
Location: Broadwater Park Community Centre, Summers Road, Godalming, GU7 3BH
Theme: We will explore the theme of Letting Go through practice, poems/readings, and exercises. This is a day for graduates only (there is no beginner course this term)
Bring: Items that you use for practice: mats, blocks, cushions, blankets, plus water and your lunch (tea/coffee provided).
