To continue to experience the benefits of the mindfulness practice, we need to keep practising. This is much easier to do when we feel supported, connected and continue to feel that our practice is stimulating and deepening.
We provide support in these ways:
We meet monthly on Saturday mornings for a drop-in session, where we come together to practice and share our experiences with mindfulness.

|Bring:||We will be walking across potentially rough terraine, and will walk whatever the weather, so please come prepared|

Some sessions will be for 3.5 hours, giving more time for deeper exploration of a topic, and booking is required for these. 3.5 hour sessions, booking necessary to secure place, but pay on the day

We meet regularly for a full day of practice. Most of the day is held in friendly silence, as we bring our attention to developing and exploring our mindfulness practice.
