To continue to experience the benefits of the mindfulness practice, we need to keep practising. This is much easier to do when we feel supported, connected and continue to feel that our practice is stimulating and deepening.
We provide support in these ways:
We meet on (most) second Saturday mornings of the month for a drop-in session, where we come together to practice and share our experiences with mindfulness.

|Booking:||No need to book, simply come along!|
We meet 3 times a year for a full day of practice. Most of the day is held in friendly silence, as we bring our attention to developing and exploring our mindfulness practice.
