Following on from a mindfulness course, sometimes several years later, many ask: how can I develop and deepen my mindfulness practice? One way is to do the Mindfulness-Based Compassionate Living Course, which was developed by Erik van den Brink and Fritz Koster. Alison trained with Erik and Fritz in 2016-17 on the teacher training programme.
This is an 8-week course, offered by Present Minds, to develop self-compassion, compassion for others, loving-kindness, equanimity and joy. It is open to those who have already done a mindfulness course and have committed to their ongoing practice.
