Group Mindfulness: 8 weeksThe mindfulness techniques and practices that can help improve our well-being are available through the 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course.R

All courses include guided exercises and gentle practices to enable you to experience what mindfulness offers, and to help you to relate mindfulness to your everyday life.

We offer at least one mindfulness course per term, and these are usually located in Farnham, Surrey.

All courses include guided exercises and gentle practices to enable you to experience what mindfulness offers, and to help you to relate mindfulness to your everyday life. Farnham, 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course, Autumn 2017

The course includes:

  • 22 hours of tuition across 8 weekly 2 hour sessions and a mindfulness retreat day
  • A 100-page course workbook
  • CDs/MP3s of guided practices to follow at home

Weekly session dates: Tuesday evenings starting 10 October until 28 November 2017
Weekly session time: 7-9pm
Location: United Reformed Church, South Street, Farnham, GU9 7QU

Fee: £250

Early bird booking rate £220 if booked and paid by 5 September 2017
