Mindfulness in the Community

Improve your well-being by learning mindfulness techniques and practices on a private 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course.

All courses include guided exercises and gentle practices to enable you to experience what mindfulness offers, and to help you to relate mindfulness to your everyday life.

We usually offer at least one mindfulness course per term, and these are often located in Farnham, Surrey.

The mindfulness techniques and practices that can help improve our well-being are available through the 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course, and as a shorter 4 week Introduction to Mindfulness course. All courses include guided exercises and gentle practices to enable you to experience what mindfulness offers, and to help you to relate mindfulness to your everyday life. Farnham, 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course, Spring 2018

  • 22 hours of tuition across 8 weekly 2 hour sessions and a mindfulness retreat day
  • A 100-page course workbook
  • CDs/MP3s of guided practices to follow at home
