Improve your well-being by learning mindfulness techniques and practices on a private 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course.
All courses include guided exercises and gentle practices to enable you to experience what mindfulness offers, and to help you to relate mindfulness to your everyday life.
We offer at least one mindfulness course per term, and these are usually located in Farnham, Surrey. Prior to commiting to the course, you are invited to a free taster evening:

All courses include guided exercises and gentle practices to enable you to experience what mindfulness offers, and to help you to relate mindfulness to your everyday life. Farnham, 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course, Autumn 2017
The course includes:
- 22 hours of tuition across 8 weekly 2 hour sessions and a mindfulness retreat day
- A 100-page course workbook
- CDs/MP3s of guided practices to follow at home
