We offer a range of courses and events that can help equip and empower individuals to care for their own mental and emotional well-being, as well as to care for each other.
The courses we offer are focussed on either:
- Encouraging and cultivating positive well-being, through learning tips, techniques and practices that are known to improve well-being
- Learning how to spot signs of mental illness, and how to provide support to someone showing signs of mental illness (on a first aid basis)
All our courses are delivered by fully trained and highly experienced facilitators. Our aim is to build healthy communities, support families and foster productive workplaces that not only facilitate tasks and jobs being completed, but actively encourage improvements to mental and emotional health.
